Kandaifi
It is made from a special, crushed dough (kataifi), contains nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts) and honey that give it a crunchy and particularly sweet taste.
Saragli
A dreamy sweet, with its delicate leaves crackling in the mouth, leaving every taste bud with scented butter, smoked walnut or aromatic, green pistachio.
Kiunefe kadaifi
It is made with the dough known as tel kadaif and the dessert as kiunefe, soaked in sweet sugar syrup and layered with cheese.
